Also we feel the client needs to have the option available to "design" their own menu if they wish.

We also offer single entree service, such as prime rib, N.Y strip steak, stuffed Cornish hen, lobster tails, and other high-end items.These would need to be quoted at market price upon request.Several appetizer choices are also available; again, these would need to be quoted at market prices.China, linen and silverware service are quoted upon request.
